Project Thrive Survive

Adult literacy and basic education programs are facing financial difficulties, losing staff, merging with other organizations, or closing their doors. In response to these circumstances, ProLiteracy created Project Survive and Thrive to provide ProLiteracy members with the resources, trainings, and information to best serve learners in their communities and to continue to thrive in difficult times. The resources on this page are directly tied to the greatest needs identified in a ProLiteracy survey:

  • fundraising
  • public relations and communications
  • partnerships and collaborations
  • waiting list management
  • staff turnover
