Patrick Smith 

Pat is the chief operating officer for Insite Risk Management where he works to ensure that business practices are aligned with client expectations while optimizing service delivery across the organization.  

In previous roles, Pat served as a managing director at XQ Institute, a private foundation focused on rethinking high schools to become centers of innovative and rigorous learning. He also held the positions of chief operating officer and chief administrative officer at Amplify Education, a corporation focused on developing high-quality, next generation curriculum and assessments. 

Pat served in the U.S. Army attaining the rank of Captain serving in various leadership roles. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University.
