This Sunday, November 8, ProLiteracy will feature an adult literacy ad in The New York Times. The ad (pictured below) can be found in the Giving section, a special in-print news section devoted to philanthropy. The issue will be distributed nationally to The New York Times subscribers and at newsstands—a circulation of over 1.2 million! The theme of ProLiteracy’s ad is based on the awareness video that debuted at the ProLiteracy Conference on Adult Literacy.
This promotion in The New York Times is part of the larger effort by ProLiteracy to spread national awareness about adult literacy.
