Roxann Smithers

Roxann is a founder and managing member of Smithers Law Group, LLC. Roxann has a passion for working with entrepreneurs and small business owners. Roxann’s practice includes commercial litigation, corporate law, construction, contract review/negotiation, and general counsel services in various states and federal jurisdictions. As a Super Lawyers Georgia Rising Star in 2012 and 2014–2016, Roxann and the Smithers Law Group team have worked with Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs (ACE), SBA, Emory Start: Me, and Club-E Atlanta to educate and support entrepreneurs. Roxann is also a registered mediator focusing on business disputes.
