The article discusses the Maryland Department of Labor’s Adult Education Digital Literacy Framework for Adult Learners. There are practical examples and resources for integrating digital literacy skills into adult education. It includes 33 lesson activities divided into various content areas, with crosswalks to College and Career Readiness standards and CASAS competencies.
The guide also provides web resources for professional development and online materials for learners. Although lacking in assessments and a scope of digital skills, the guide is well-structured and valuable for instructors seeking to incorporate digital literacy into their instruction.
