The article discusses the development of a Digital Literacy Action Plan (DLAP) to integrate digital literacy skills into adult basic education. The DLAP involves four steps: goal setting – connecting digital literacy to life goals; planning – breaking down goals into steps and identifying resources; execution – implementing the plan while adapting and analyzing resources; and reflection – evaluating the process and outcomes.
